After three days of treatment in the treatment center with a multiple spindle head which works at 5 axes, the time has come for manual works – structural elements must be fitted, traced, connection points – cut and laminate layers – cautiously polished.

The premises are of an impressive height - 5850mm in total, 3040 mm on the ground floor and 2310 mm on the first floor. We have visited Paris three times to perfectly measure the existing building, supervise demolishing and construction works and develop templates while taking care of each and every detail and its compliance with our instructions.

Hotel reception furniture. Its non-standard shape, inclined in several planes, is a result of milling and bonding of successive MDF panels. We adopted an innovative solution consisting in treatment by a 5-axis CNC mill. The raw MDF was hermetically covered with fibreglass and epoxy resin laminates just to be filled and polished numerous times for a perfectly smooth surface effect.
